Villager living near Banbury receives £6K fine for 'excessively loud music'

Well, it seems one of our neighbours near Banbury has had a rather expensive wake-up call! A local resident has been hit with a hefty £6,000 fine for playing music a bit too loud. Let's hope things are a little quieter for them now!
