'Speed never primary objective - HS2 to be reset after years of disruption for villages near Banbury

Well folks, it looks like the HS2 project is getting a rethink, and it's good news for many of our villages surrounding Banbury. After years of disruption, the focus is shifting, and it's great to hear that speed won't be the only consideration.
